Food prepared with this ingredients itself is a great threat to our health & life. So it is better to eat organic food instead of traditional food and take nutrition and food supplements which will supply the necessary stamina and well being. Food is medicine; medicine is food. This said in 500 A.D Ayurveda is very true. We get diseases and fall ill due to these inorganic food. Moreover, the allopath medicines damage our health heavily, beyond recovery.
